An excellent cut of venison, this roasting joint is incredibly tender and has fantastic flavour. It makes a great alternative to traditional roast beef and is delicious wrapped in streaky bacon, roasted and served with potatoes and Yorkshire puddings.
These sweet, tender wild boar steaks are fantastic fried and served with caramelised onions,mushrooms and mashed potato. With their rich, nutty flavour they also work well in traditional pork recipies.
